Clarifiers

The Ultra High Rate Clarifier (UHRC) is a compact, efficient and low cost clarifier for surface water and waste water clarification. The UHRC design combines technology of solid contact clarifier and plate clarifier. As a result the unit gives improved performance at increased rise rate. The unique design of UHRC offers all the advantages of solid contact and plate clarifier and limitations of individual technology is eliminated.
High Rate Solids Contact Clarifier is widely used for clarification of raw water and wastewater. Incorporates the design of internal solid recirculation thereby optimising the chemical consumption and making it more economical than conventional filter.
Mixed Oxidant products are based on a proprietary membraneless electrolytic cell that produces a liquid stream of very aggressive mixed-oxidants that are extremely effective in disinfecting water. The electrolytic cell uses sodium chloride (salt), water and electricity to generate the oxidant solution. This solution is collected in a tank and continuously injected into water at rates appropriate to treatment objectives.
Lamella Clarifier is a compact, inclined plate type of clarifier. It is used for clarification of water, waste water and liquid having suspended and colloidal particles. Principle of Lamella Clarifier is based on settling under gravity, providing number of inclined plates to give large projected surface area.

Filters

Filtration is the process of removing suspended impurities and turbidity from the water. We offer you all media, cartridge & membrane filtration technologies. Media filtration is the first step in most water purification system. This system helps to
remove free chlorine, color, odour, oil traces & iron. When activated carbon & green sand are used as a media instead
of sand & anthracite.

Softners

Softening is the most commonly used method of removing hardness that is calcium and magnesium from water and render the water suitable for boiler feed, textile processing, cooling towers, and utility purpose.

DM (De-Mineralization) Plant

De-Mineralization is a two step ion exchange process using both cation and anion resins.

De-Gassers

 
De-gassers are used to remove the dissolved gasses in the water.

Mixed Beds

Mixed resins are used in mixed bed polishers to achieve ultra pure quality water. (less than 1 micro siemens/cm.)

Ultra Filtration (UF)

The UF system utilizes state-of-the-art, pure polysulfone hollow fibers are asymmetric with the feed stream entering the inside, or lumen of the 35 millimeter (mm) inside diameter fiber. Under pressure of about 15 pounds per square inch (psi), the permeate passes through the membrane at approximately 100 gallons per square foot per day (gfd) flux rate. A backwash is typically engaged via a programmable logic controller (PLC) device on a regular schedule-perhaps hourly. This keeps the UF membrane surface clean even when turbidities spike to over 100 NTUs. The polysulfone fiber is chlorine tolerant and can thus be easily disinfected using chlorine. The UF cartridges are housed in a clear vessel allowing for fiber integrity testing using a visual method or an automatic pressure decay test included in the logic of the PLC.

Reserve Osmosis (RO) System

  Reverse osmosis is a process wherein water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane by applying strong pressure, thereby   allowing only fine water molecules to pass through it. All containments such as bacteria, viruses, Herbicides heavy metals and chemical   poisons are removed. With added special features, pure water is then collected in a container; dirty water with impurities is discharged   separately.

  Reverse Osmosis is the most advanced water purification technology used world wide by many international companies Breweries,   beverages, pharmaceuticals packaged drinking water companies etc.

Ozonators

   The formation of oxygen into ozone occurs with the use of energy. This process carried out by an electric discharge field as in the CD    Type ozone generators(corona discharge simulation of lighting) or by ultra violet(UV) radiation as in UV type ozonators.

Ultra Violet Assembly

Water is passed through a clear quartz glass chamber, where it is exposed to Ultra violet light kills bacteria and deactivates viruses.

Dosing Pump

  Dosing pumps are utilized for adding chemicals like chlorine, poly electrolyte, anti scalents and Boiler feed chemicals in water.
